The inauguration lecture during the upcoming international conference, the "7th New England Bio labs Meeting on DNA Restriction and Modification" (NEB Meeting), will be delivered by the Nobel Prize winner Sir Richard Roberts. The conference is due to take place between 24-28 August 2015 in Gdańsk, in an auditorium of the Intercollegiate Faculty of Biotechnology UG&MUG on ul. Kładki 24.

International Conference Climate variability and human impacts in Central and Eastern Europe during the last two millennia to be held in Gdańsk, Poland from June 17th – 19th 2015.

The international conference, "Frontiers in Cancer Prevention: Fulfilled Promises, Translational Challenges and Future Directions", will be taking place between 24-26 June 2015 in the University of Gdańsk’s Faculty of Social Sciences.

The event is the result of the co-operation between universities in the Tri-City (University of Gdańsk, Medical University of Gdańsk, Gdańsk University of Technology, Polish Academy of Sciences) and in the USA (University of Pittsburgh, University of Oklahoma,  University of Colorado).
