Film about the Miłość Blondynki (Loves of a Blonde) Film Society at Film Festival 

As part of a special section at the 40th Gdynia Film Festival, LOVE FOR A BLONDE – CINEMA, PEOPLE,PASSION will be shown. The film is dedicated to the University of Gdańsk’s Film Society (DKF), which has now been in existence for more than twenty years.

The founders of the DKF ‘Loves of A Blonde’ would like to invite all their audiences and supporters to a jubilee screening of the film Love for a Blonde – Cinema, People, Passion, which has qualified for aspecial screening section at the 40th Gdynia Film Festival. It is a cinematic journey of nostalgia through the history of the UG’s Film Society ‘Loves of a Blonde’, from its beginnings to today. Much is said about the club and those projects which will be indelible memories for the organisers. It’s a film about passionate people linked by one thing – ‘Loves of a Blonde’. As it turns out, this love has many names.

After the screening there will be a meeting with the creators and protagonists of the film. It will also  be a chance to discuss the role and state of film societies in Poland.
