The plenary debate ‘Polonya Günleri 2016’ at Istanbul University was opened by a representative of the University of Gdańsk’s Faculty of Languages, Dr Małgorzata Klinkosz from the Institute of Polish Philology with a lecture on the role of nomenclature in creating an image of Turkey and the Turk in Poland: “İzlenimler ve Adlandırmalar Bağlamında Çağdaş Polonya Toplumunda”.

As a result of her work with Istanbul University a contract was signed for Erasmus 2016. A bilateral intercollegiate contract is under preparation
