The University of Gdansk offers a limited number of residence rooms in our dormitories. Upon completing the application procedure, all eligible Erasmus incoming students will receive detailed e-mail instructions on how to apply online for student housing. The application system works on first-come, first-served basis, which means not every student might be provided with a dormitory place. The housing allocation will be announced approximately one month before the date of arrival.

You will be provided with a pillow and a blanket only; however, we recommend getting your own set of duvets, pillows and covers as well as towels, cutlery, mugs, plates, cooking utensils, pots and pans.

There is a shared laundry room in the dormitory available for the residents. Some washing machines are operated with tokens available to buy at the reception (1 washing = 1 token = 3,50 PLN). The iron is available upon request.

Upon your arrival, you may apply for Internet access. There is no Wi-Fi in the dormitories, but Ethernet cable connection can be provided upon earlier application. If you wish to use this service we encourage you to bring your own cable.

For your information, Wi-Fi is available on the campus (eduroam).

In the first week of August, 2021 students will be sent an individual link and a unique code to apply for a place at the university’s dormitories.

Summer semester

In the first week of January, 2022 students will be sent an individual link and a unique code to apply for a place at the university’s dormitories.
