Basic requirements

Prospective students have to check whether an inter-institutional agreement has been signed between their home institution and the University of Gdansk for the current academic year. If so, students need to make sure that the agreement relates to the faculty they are registered with at their home institution and the department of their academic interest at UG.

Application process

Erasmus coordinators are sent a website address and a password to log into the online registration system and nominate their students.

The online registration system is open:

1 April 2021 – 30 June 2021 (winter + summer + full academic year nominations)

1 October 2021 – 26 November 2021 (additional nominations for the summer semester)

Once registered by the coordinators, students will be sent an e-mail with detailed instructions on what to do next.

The deadline for completing online documentation:

30 July 2021 - winter semester/full academic year

15 December 2021 - summer semester

Once the documentation is complete, a Letter of Acceptance will be issued and sent via e-mail to the student (original may be sent via post, available upon request).
