Faculty of Management

Description

The programme is closely aligned with the needs of business practice. It aims to produce graduates who are highly sought after by employers in financial markets, both in Poland and internationally. The academic faculty comprises university professors and recognised professionals, with contributions from business partners to both the curriculum and teaching methods.

The Master’s programme in Finance and Accounting equips students with the advanced knowledge required to succeed in the upper levels of the prestigious CFA Programme examinations, thereby opening pathways to careers in the financial sector. The programme also incorporates opportunities for students to develop essential 'soft' skills, such as teamwork and presentation abilities.
Graduates of the Master’s programme are well-positioned to find employment in banks, listed companies, investment funds, other financial institutions, and regulatory or supervisory organisations within the capital markets.
