Opis

The Digital Chemistry programme is a two-year (120 ECTS) full-time second-cycle (master’s) study track offered entirely in English, designed to train the next generation of computational and theoretical chemists. It provides a solid foundation in quantum chemistry, molecular mechanics and dynamics, exploratory data analysis, machine learning algorithms, and advanced programming in Python and R to solve complex chemical problems using digital tools. The curriculum blends theory with extensive practical work, including project-oriented courses, MSc laboratory work, seminars and elective subjects that span physics-based and data-based (chemoinformatics) methods. Students also explore interdisciplinary topics such as AI-assisted drug design, numerical methods, and chemical diagnostics. Graduates are well-equipped for careers in research, academia, industry, and data-driven sectors where computational chemistry, cheminformatics, and data science are increasingly applied.

DURATION: 2 years (4 semesters)
